In the spirit of “cranking things up to 11,” and on the heels of a big win at the 2025 World Beer Cup- we just HAD to bring back this TRIPLE dry hopped version of CNJ for our anniversary! We applied everything we know about progressive hopping techniques, and pushed the envelope as far as we dared. Words don’t do it justice, but our brewing team has been throwing the word “insane” around a lot. From the first sip, hop oils completely conquer your palate as waves of dank juicy goodness continue to linger on. The experience is less like drinking CNJ, and more like becoming CNJ.

Poured from a 16 oz can dated July 05, 2023. Aroma has a fairly strong oily, dank, resin hop note. Moderate notes of melon, rambutan, and tropical citrus with lighter notes of pineapple and passion fruit. Light cracker malt notes and light alcohol notes. Pours a very hazy, dull,.dusty, yellow straw color with a medium large, medium thick, white head that recedes quickly to the edges where a thin film lingers in clumps before disappearing. Light lacing and small legs. Flavor has a medium light sweetness with light cracker malt notes. Medium high bitterness and light alcohol notes. Moderately strong hop notes of melon, rambutan, pineapple and citrus. Lighter pineapple and passion fruit notes. Some dank, resin notes linger in the finish. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a solid IPA although I was expecting a fruitier and less dank hop aroma. Solid malt profile and bitterness to carry the alcohol notes.

Tap at Ale Arsenal. Slushy yellow with minimal off-white head. Aromatic citrus. Slightly restrained. TDH really comes out in the flavor. Gritty and resiny. Citrus and white fruit. Grassy with slight perfume.

8,5%. Doesnt say 7th ann on can. But def. not brett infused. So here we go. Can purchased @ DinØl, Odense. Pours hazy deep golden with a small creamy white head. Juicy. Pomelo and red grapefruit. Zesty with a distinct and pleasant touch of yeast. Sticky and dry bitter finish. Flavor is amazing. Bravo. Can is 5 weeks old.

Can. Pours cloudy yellow, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is typical and juicy, mango, papaya, pot, grapefruit. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Great expression of hop flavors without the leafiness or harsh finish. Juice bomb. Medium body, soft mouthfeel. Niice.
