[9/5/2018] Draught at Craft Beer Co. Islington in London. Pale golden, white wine color. Farty, sulphur, peat, sweet.

Bladder bag at the Crown, Hazlemere, 27/08/18. Almost translucent faded yellow with a crown of white bubbles. Nose is pear drop, straw, orchard wood, grains. Taste comprises sharpish pear skins, light tannins, grass, hay bale, light smoke, pulped pear flesh. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, drying close. Decent enough perry.

Keg at Queen's Head Kings Cross, quite clear pale straw yellow color, aroma of white wine and pear with hints of vinegar and spice in the back, mellow pear flavor with white wine. Nice and enjoyable, easy drinking.

Box @ The Salopian Bar, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold. Aroma is caramel syrup, apple tart. Taste is exceptionally sweet perry pears, caramel with a light tannic tingle but it is essentially a good sweet strong perry.

Bag in a box at Augustus John, Liverpool. Yellow gold colour, no head and pear & honey aroma. Taste is sweet pear, fruity, candy, melon, drying, tannins. Syrupy mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

Cask @ Old Gate, Hebden Bridge. Pale yellow in colour. Sweet enough cider with pear abundant in aroma and taste.

Cask @ Bedford Arms, Bedford. Light yellow, lively carbonation for a cask product. Gummy bear fruit aroma, the alcohol is also evident from the aroma. Full, sweet taste with a drier finish. Nice.
