Clear, golden colour. Small, bubbly head. Caramel, dried fruit and hops on the nose. Somewhat watery mouth feel. Flavour is hops and lots of elderberries. Long bitterness.

Cask at the Grape and Grain Autumn beer festival, Crystal Palace. Bright yellow pour with a white head. Peach, vanilla and pear aroma. Vanilla, peaches and cream flavour. Almost a dessert in a glass. Very nice indeed.

Gravity dispense at the 1st Runnymede Beer Festival - 08/09/12. Clear pale golden with a thin white head that soon dissipates. Sweet nose of elderflower, floral hops and a little caramel malt. Herbal tones in the taste and a little spice. Medium bodied with moderate carbonation leading to a sweet floral finish.

On cask @ CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. This is a near clear golden one with a nice medium sized white head. It smells quite nice also, a bit sweet and lime-acidic with a hint of something light mild floral. The taste is really good! It has a sweetness - almost vanilla sweetness over it, and it's also softly bitter. So so easy to just quench down. Ends with a hint of perfumed dry soap - but only in a good way. Cask @ Akkurat. Lovely sweet aroma with notes of elderberries and grape. The taste is quite herbal and has got the dryness of the elderberry flowers. Light and sweet.

Cask (handpump) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear light medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, fruity, pale nuts - earthy, flowers. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, earthy, medicine, elderflowers. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110804]
