Tasting at Papsø’s, corked bottle
Cloudy red-amber color, with medium sized head. The aroma is yeasty, woody, peppery. Dryish mouthfeel, with spicy, peppery caramel flavor, a light vegetables feeling, ordinary bitterness. Peculiar, but not bad.

ChrisOs Early December Tasting. Hazy amber beer, good pale cream coloured head. Light palate, a little soft and semi dry. Odd juxtaposition of tangy orange grapefruit and bubblegum. Tiny bit sour. A little wheaty malt in the finish. Not unpleasant but somewhat odd.

Bottle at Pat’s birthday chriso tasting, London. Pours a lightly hazy, shiny gold with a moderate, white foam head. Sweet, caramel malt nose. Medium sweet flavor, some fruit, grapes, caramel. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Faintly dry finish with caramel sweetness and leafy bitterness. Decent beer.
