500 ml bottle. Cloudy hazelnut brown with a foamy head. Krautsalat, roasted malt, clove, banana, some nutmeg, yeasty, some basement notes, lemon, earthy notes. Some dry sourness, some bitterness, some sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sourish sweet and bitter finish. A very nice Dunkelweizen, very rural, would perfectly fit to some Schweinsbraten..

Bottle picked up from Stöttner Privat Brauerei Market and Bar, Pfaffenberg and consumed at home Sunday 6th February 2022 after hike around Wörthsee today. About to cook Zarzuela and not chose anything to listen yet. Pours reddy brown with an off white head which was huge though lasted only briefly. Mostly caramel on the nose, fruity, soft moutheel, wheatiness, very soft mouthfeel, fine.

Süßlicher, aber leckerer Geruch. Geschmacklich etwas Malz, gekochte Früchte. Leichte, eisenartige Note bei den ersten zwei Schlucken. Schöne, samtige Substanz. Ein sehr anständiges dunkles Weizen.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes braunes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, würzig, fruchtig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, würzig, Röstmalz.

bottle from Bierzwerg.Cloudy brown colour, large off-white head. Malty, whetay, yeasty with hints of banana and chocolate. Pleasant carbonation.

Bottle 500ml. @ home on the terrace.Hazzy matt medium to dark amber colour with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, phenol - yeast, fruity - banana notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, banana, caramel, yeast. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20110827]

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep hazy mahogany ambery/brown colour with a mediumsized beige fluffy head. Aroma is wheat, raisins, some slight fruity notes as well as mild toffee and caramel. Flavour is fruits, wheat, toffee, some caramel and mild yeasty notes as well. A bit thin in the palate.
