Bottle. Pours a clear pale gold with an off-white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a crisp grassy note with some light fruit and a nice yeast and dry note. Flavor is similar with a nice crisp grassy note with an earthy yeast note, light fruits and sweet grain. Finish is nice and dry.

33 cl. bottle poured in to a tulip. Hazy, golden colour with a frothy, white head. Lots of brett in the aroma, also peppercorns, floral hops and sweet fruits. Light sweet taste with the peppercorns spicing everything up. Medium body with a slick texture. Soft carbonated, with a long "brett and pepper" finish. Very interesting interpretation of the saison style.

Bottle shared by Marcus. Pours hazy amber gold with a creamy off-white head. Aroma of musty barnyard and fruits. Near med body. Flavor is barnyard, citrus and yeast/spice. Almost oaky. Definitely astringent.

330ml bottle at Schouskjelleren Mikrobryggeri. The huge and dense head is white as chalk and stays well on top of a cloudy, lightly amber coloured body. Blooming and fresh aroma of spiced citrus hops. Flavoured with subdued tartness and offset by mild candy sweetness. Herbal dry ending. Quite unusual and innovative brew. Soft and refreshing. Springtime feel, indeed (Oslo, 16.03.2012).
