Cask gravity @ GBBF 2011. Pours a slightly hazy golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty buttery aroma with weak hoppy hints. Fruity malty weak hoppy flavor with hints of caramel and butter. Has a fruity malty caramel finish.

Cask at the GBBF 2011. Hazy golden with a small white head. Fruity and grassy aroma covered in diacetyl. Dryish malty flavour

GBBF Cask. Clear dark brown beer. Suddy tan head. Mild mild dark malt. Boiled sweets, strawberry, peach, generic fruits. Trace of piney hop. Fairly well balanced. Semi dry finish. Decent.

Third-pint, gravicask, at USA Cask Beer Bar, GBBF ’11. A very slight haze to an amber coloured body. Lighter notes a dried fruity hops to the nose. Taste of honey sweetness offset by bittering hops. Well balanced with fine drinkability (London, 02.08.2011).

Cask at GBBF 2011, Day 1. Pours clear gold with a bubbly, white head. Light toasted malts in the nose, faint tangy citrus. Medium sweet flavor, mild citrus hops a bit of honey. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Light sticky finish, some white bread. Nice.

Cask (gravity) @ GBBF 2011, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium yellow orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, butter, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet malt, butter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Cask@GBBF2011. Hazy deep golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruits, mild sugary and leathery notes with some slight notes of butterscotch. Flavour is fruits, wood, floral and nectary with some mild earthyness and toffee as well.

Cask at GBBF 2011. It pours golden yellow, with a thin off-white head. The nose is honey, heather, cereal and hay. The taste is lemon, lime, melon, pear, caramel, light spice and lingering honey, with a bitter-dry finish. Low carbonation and low to moderate body. Not bad.
