Light citrus fruity with notes of lemon and straw, cereal, grain, toasted and bready malts, medium body, soft cask carbonation, bitter hoppy into the finish.

Cask @ Fox & Anchor, London. Yellow-blonde with a thin head. It’s quite thin tasting too with a light pale ale texture and taste.

Cask at the Grocer, Spitalfields Market. A clear amber colour with a thin white head; crisp grainy aroma; biscuity taste with a touch of citrus and a crisp finish. Not particularly memorable or celebratory.
