Mala Gissona-rekin batera egindako kolaborazioa. Sour Grisette estiloko gargardoa. Lactobacillus Helveticus-ekin azidotutako Sour batean, Ereñotzun jasotako pikuondo-hosto lehorrak beratu, eta gero, etxeko Grisettearekin nahastu. Etxeko legamiarekin eta hostoen berezko legamiekin hartzitua.
Osagaiak: Ura, garagar malta, garia, lupulua, legamia eta pikuondo-hostoa.

Cerveza estilo Sour Grisette en colaboración con Mala Gissona. Con hojas de higuera secas recogidas en Ereñotzu, Hernani, maceradas en cerveza Sour acidificada con Lactobacillus Helveticus y posteriormente mezclada con Grisette de la casa. Cofermentada con la levadura de la casa y las levaduras propias de las hojas.
Ingredientes: Agua, malta de cebada, trigo crudo, lúpulo, levadura y hoja de higuera.

Draught @ Biere a Lille 2025. Pours a misty gold, foamy white head. Lovely grisette with herbal leafy shades . Subtle sweet tangents.

Tap at Winter Affair '25. Notes are brief. The fig leaves are cleanly present and it is weird, but good. Very herbal feeling overall, dry, kinda flowery too. I works well.

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Clear paaale yellow body. Breaty, earthy, herbal aroma, bit dry. Spicy taste, cherry pit, bit bretty, fruity-herbal touches, soft. Unique, odd, really glad to have tried it, even if I didn't love the profile!
