Bottle shared at Thijs tasting. Slight hazy bright ruby. Funk, huge black currants, soft wheat, raspberry, dough, oak. Medium sweet and spir, less tannic bitter. Medium bodied, slightly dry.

Bottle shared at Pedro’s. Deep ruby pour with no head. Intense berries marry a sophisticated acid profile with a popping funk being the cherry on top. There’s something distinctly lambic-like about this, great stuff

Tap at Winter Affair 2025. Murky-misty red body, off-white head. Dried figs, spicy, cherry, raspberry, sweet aroma. Lean, dry berry taste, currant, cherry light alcohol, sourish. Okay.
