Bottle, 0.50l, courtesy of Marcin, shared with colleagues. Almost black color with thin quickly diminishing light brown head and poor lacing. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel and honey. Taste starts with sweet roasted malt, coffee and caramel, follows by honeyish note, while finish is mild bitter. Medium body, sticky texture and soft carbonation in palate. A bit too sweet, otherwise pretty good Dunkel...

zapach słodki, przypomina karmel, karmę dla psów i gaz z zapalniczki (co wcale nie jest odpychające, ale i niespecjalnie przyjemne). ciemnobrunatny kolor, pod słońce brunatny, mocno ale równomiernie zmętniony. piana bardzo słaba i szybko znika. w smaku zdecydowanie słodkie, odrobina ciemnych słodów, trochę przypieczonego chleba i dużo rodzynek - przypomina kwas chlebowy zmieszany z ciemnym piwem. goryczka niska i trzeba jej szukać, ale dość przyjemna i bardzo krótka. dość aksamitne i mleczne w ustach, nasycenie z tych niskich.

Bottle shared with JMD at HNB 07.10.14. Black. Creamy off-white head and lacing. Refreshing aroma of black berries. Similar taste, with roasted malt and vanilla. Good drinkability.

Flaske fra Holmens importavdeling, på aktivitetsdag okt-14: dette er nok et nybrottsarbeid med kun tre ratinger før oss. Mørk brunsvart med beige skum med dannede kniplinger. Aroma og smak av mørke malter, kaffe, sjokolade, solbær og pinjehonnning. Rund og fyldig for sine sølle 4,5. Diskret bitterhet i ettersmaken, det er mørk honning/karamell som preger denne.

Bottle. Quite much caramel in the aroma, some roasted malt, honey. Medium sweetness, light bitterness. Surprisingly similar to kvass in taste. Nothing breathtaking, but it was pleasant to drink.

Brown body off white head. Aroma has some dark malt and some sweetness. Quite easy and dull.
