Bottle. pale blonde. Wheat, soft vinous, floral notes. Apple in the aroma. Soft sour vinous flavor. Grapes and apple. Cider-like notes. Pleasant.

Bottle shared at Rootz. Bit hazy light golden with small white head. Light lemon, dough, green melons, light candy, hay, soft minerals and sulphur. Over medium sour and light bitter. Light bodied.

Bottle at Rootz. Slightly hazy golden with thin white head. Sour grain, apricot, lemonpeel. Moderate sour and light bitter, salty. Under medium body and low carbonation.

Bottle. Color: Pale yellow golden. Taste: Lighly sour, citron, orange-peel. Also some lightly sweet and bitter notes comong in after the first sour notes Carbonated water and mild yeasty hints. Overall a nice refreshing beer but a bit too watery in my opinion.

Draft at Murphy’s Law. Hazy hazy golden blond with a big white head. Aroma of wheat, citrus and grape notes. Flavour is light sweet and above light sour. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Sampled at Van Moll Beer fest. Hazy yellow color, average sized white head. Smell and taste wheat, yeast, lightly citrus, lightly sour. Average body and carbonation. Ok.

Thx! for sharing Benzai! Sampled draft @ Van Moll Fest 2016. Very hazy orange, little white head. Nose is hazy wheat, lightly sour, grainy. Taste is doughy, low sourness, wheat, yeast, citrus,.. Body is yeasty, doughy, wheat. Far more wheat forward tasting than most Berliner’s coming out these days, doesn’t carry much else besides the wheat & some yeast. Okay but could have been more exciting.
