Handpull cask at the Bedford Arms, Bedford. Impenetrable gold, somewhat flat. Vinegar and turpentine aroma. The taste however is a different ball game: sweet with a sour twist at the end, and gorgeous all the way down. Decent tart finish. Full body. An overall enjoyable experience.

Half Pint BIAB @ The Salopian Spring Cider Festival 2015, Shrewsbury. Pours hazy yellow. TCP aroma. Taste is astringent, sour with faint pear and sharp apple. Tangy finish. Not my kind of cider I’m afraid.
