2 week old pint can A: Poured clear pale amber with 1 of tan foam. Good retention and stringy lace. S: Nutty, grainy and leafy with a touch of herbal hops. T: Somewhat dry, crackery and toasty with a light plummy note, finishing with evergreen herbs, maybe juniper. M: Fairly crisp and light with a lightly sticky finish. O: Crisp and dry but flavorful. Tasty and refreshing. Very nice.
