A robust, full-bodied Anglo-style brew with a deep amber hue, featuring a persistent hoppy flavor that, together with its high alcohol content, makes it a warm, almost balsamic drink. Its highly-structured body is balanced by intense bitter profile, creating a particularly distinctive and complex beer.

Pours bit darker amber small white head with a fluffy lacing. Smell is very weak.vyou have to search to get even a thing. Perhaps some hidden pine ? Taste is bitter, full, orange, candy sweetness, def some sweetness. Malty, in a way. Hoppyness ( aroma ) is really blended in, the bitterness shines trough nicely. Not bad at all.

Bottle at Julep in Bresso. Pours a clear dark amber to red (love the colour) with a nice head, doesn’t dissipate immidiately either. Aroma is malty and piney/resinous, lot of hops there, but nicely balanced with the malt. Intense herbal notes but some hints of grapefruit too. Medium body, somewhat oily mouthfeel but very pleasant. Bitter but not overly so in flavour. A lot of pine/resinous, herbal, a bit earthy, medium sweet, nice malt base. Again very balanced malt/hops bill. Grapefruit and citrus aromas are not dominating but in the background. Wow this IPA is amazing. Love it.

Bottle from The Beerhive. Clear amber body with sediment floating beneath a medium off-white head. Steady carbonation. Aroma of cherry and golden syrup. Flavour of caramel and mandarin. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Rich and sweet. Possibly more of a Barley Wine than a DIPA.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours red amber with a good head of white foam, irregular. Aroma is a nice combination of caramel, resinous and herbaceous. Body is relatively dense, with good stickiness and a bit of astringency. Taste has a lot of birth sweetness and bitterness, with the latter winning eventually in the finish, which is rather long.
