On tap at standing beer bar. Pours out an amber color topped with a sand head. Nose is grapefruit citrus hops and a caramel sweetness. Taste is more of the sweetness and a nice citrus hop.

Tap at BEERNISTA TOKYO 2015. Pours hazy, cloudy amber, white top. Aroma is quite fruity, even sweet. Taste has some tropical hops that are nicely balanced with the beers malty body. Fruits are maybe overly ripen and making the beer a tad bit too sweet Still nicely drinkable, good stuff

med amber color. Nice caramel and grapefruit nose. Med body, very flowery, grapefruit. Well balanced, but not too aggressive US IPA. Caramel just lingers at the end. Nice.

Bottle, thanks to Leighton at MesandSim’s crazy wedding party. It pours hazy orange, with a thin fizzy off-white head. The nose is orange, mango, resin, farmyard, cheese, cardboard and dust. The taste is mango, pineapple, tangy orange, sweet tangerine, wood, hay, grass and resin, with a light tangy-dry finish. A pretty solid IPA.

Bottle at Mes & Sims excellent wedding 18.06.11 Pours Orange amber with white head. There is some sweet tangerine in the mouth along with some sweet malts. All in all its a little too sweet for me but I rather like it. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov13 3.4

Bottle from Hi Time. Pours clear copper with a restive foamy/bubbly beige head. Aroma is earthy over roast caramel. Med body. Flavor is moderate roast malt with a lot of astringent earthy/herbal hop. It is definitely bitter. It’s almost like having a shitake mushroom aspect, but let’s settle for earthy. A different take on an IPA.

Bottle at Beerwarming Party. Pours a cloudy gold with a fizzy, white head. Very sweet aroma with honey, malts and citrus hops. Sweet flavor as well, with caramel malts and some light, grapefruit hops. The bitterness seems to have mellowed a bit due to this bottle being pretty old (appx 8 months?) but the sweet, maltiness works for me. The body is medium with smooth carbonation. Finishes sweet and a bit sticky, with some fruity bitters. Very good.
