Vom Fass im Railway Streatham, optisch dunkles braun, feiner Cappuccino-Schaum. In der Nase Karamell, dezent Frucht. Ebenso im Trunk, mittig deutlich Karamell, sehr cremig. Könnte aber auch an der Nitro-Zapfanlage liegen. Demnach auch keine Karbo. Passt schon.

Cask at the Leading Light (JDW), Faversham, Kent on 30th July 2014. Slightly hazy copper with diminishing off white foam and full lacing. Remotely sweet and citric aroma. Leafy hops in-mouth; awash with juicy citrus and tart apple fruit. Finish is tart apple and berries followed by lemon citrus. Zingy mouthfeel and light body.

13/06/2011 Brasserie 4:20 (cask). Spillata a pompa.

Cask The Dolphin, Canterbury. Brown with thin off white head. OK bitter, some yeast and odd lemon on aroma. Fine, ok earthy bitter. Could do with some more hop on the end. Finish is really quite malty.
