Nessun Dorma è la nostra Vieille Saison e trae il suo nome dalla celebre romanza per tenore della Turandot di Puccini: l’attesa del Principe Ignoto, che brama il sorgere del giorno per conquistare il cuore della principessa di ghiaccio, ci sembra una metafora affascinante per il tempo necessario alla maturazione e affinamento di questo prodotto.

7 3 8 3 15 Draft at BXL Beer Fest, Brussels ’17. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of light funk, citrus, vinous notes and tart light fruits. Flavour is above light sweet and light to light moderate sour. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Tap at BXL festival. Hazy pale straw with white head. Lemon, spicy yeast, soft flowers, light dry malts. Medium sour and light bitter. Just medium bodied. Lovely.

Aus der Flasche im LagerLager Berlin 2017-08 getrunken. In der Nase zeigt sich eine deutliche Citrusnote, die dann am Gaumen sehr deutlich wird. Für Leute die es schön sauer mögen sind hier bei dem vollmundigen Bier richtig.
