On tap at Dynamo, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium pink head. Aroma brings out floral, elderberry notes and very subdued funk. Flavour is very tart and jammy, with intense, sour elderberries, light earthiness and almost no funk. Jammy, sour berries. Tasty but lacking complexity and depth. Good.

Drucken på Bishop Arms Gustaf, Malmö. Mycket tanniner från bären. Lite björnbär, rönnbär, druvor. Lite strävt, mycket gott

Keg at Beavertown Extravaganza, 2017 - London. Pours clear red with a creamy, white head. Good funk to it, nice tart berry character, a little Band-Aid. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Dry and tart to finish, some plucky berries. Quite nice.

Tap @ Friends and Family Cloudwater Festival 2020, Manchester. Pours hazy red with a creamy fading white head. Lovely red berries and plenty of funk and wood. Long fruity dry tart finish. Nice.

At Wild Festival Groningen, 10cl from tap. Fruit Series #2. Color: Slightly hazy pinkish red, pink head. Aroma: Funky, fruity elderberry. Taste:Wild yeast funk, elderberry, floral hints. Over moderate tart. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Wood, tannins. Just a little too much carbonation for me.
