Tap. Purple color with pink head. Aroma is elderberries, blackberries, lemon funk, earthy. Taste is again elderberries, lemony, wood, dirty, some reminiscents of blackberries for me, a touch vinegar. Medium carbonation. Quite sour and lemony, but still an extremely great Lambic.

Dark red colour, pink head. Fruity aroma, elderberries. Funky flavour, elderberry, quite astringent. Astringent finish, elderberry, red wine, funk.

28.08.2017 Thank you for sharing RB crew! Sampled draft @ BXLBeerFest 2017. Bright purple, pink head, looks amazing. Nose is massively funky elderberries, funk is insane, almost green vegetable funk. Taste is crazily funky & extremely elderberry funk, body is all thick elderberry juicy but the funk is so extreme, wonderful. Bit too much even but still. + 03.03.2018 Thanks! Sampled draft @ “Tilquin Fruit Extravaganza #1” at Moeder Lambiek. Same score, massive funky fruity, lovely dirty, lingering fruit, acidic, very tasty.

Pretty clear dark purple beer, small creamy pink to purple head, little stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: very fruity, quite some tannins, bit vinous, funky, refreshing smell, bit dusty. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sourish, pretty bitter, lots of tannins, cherries, fruit skins. Aftertaste: very bitter, lots of tannins, dry, funky.

Bxlbeerfest. Pours rdd with pinkish head. Aroma is shit, funk, sourness, fruits. Flavor is sour, bitter, dryness, black current like notes, more shit. Finish is dry. Overall: very good.
