75 cl bottle from an IP trade with Richiesd, huge thanks! Share with Borresteijn. Pours a pitch black color, oily. Brown head, quickly receding. Aroma’s: raisins indeed, heavy roast, bit sour fruit, sweet soy sauce, bit umami. Flavor is moderate sweet, roasted, a little fruity sourness and even a touch of salt. Full bodied, thick mouthfeel. Finishes with ash, lightly bitter, roasted. Good stuff.
