Bottled (thanks for this goes to Eddie!). Hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, herbal, toffeeish, caramelly, mildly honeyish and nectary as well. Flavour is honey, nectar, caramel, earth and some grassy notes as well. Pleasant and balanced strong ale.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy orangey golden colour with small to average, frothy, moderately lacing, white head. Slightly flowery hoppy aroma. Taste is dry and minimally tart, has minimally herbal and floral hoppy notes, minimally grainy malt basis. Slightly watery.

Bottle from Olbutikken, Copenhagen, shared with Lorna, Paul and Jason in my hotel room. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Light and semi dry palate. Mild minerals. Dry and slightly creamy malt, a little mild minerals. Mild lacto. Minerally crisp finish. Not sure what the style is (which was the point) but not bad.

Bottle, thanks to Ken at a pre-Sour & Bitter hotel tasting. It pours hazy golden yellow, with a bubbly off-white head. The nose is sweet fruit, tea, orange and sweaty sock. The taste is mostly sweet fruit: orange, tangerine, pear, melon and apple, with some toffee/caramel and a bitter-dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. A bit one-dimensional and too sweet.

0.5l bottle courtesy of StoreMyen and shared with him, ClubGonzo and Inbreak. This one pours a cloudy honey body with a nice big off-white head. Guess it really does not matter all that much how this looks, but I think it's quite nice.. Aroma has leafy tones with honey, some earthy potatoes touches as well and there is also a hint of yeast. It has a soft to average carbonation level and a light oily texture. Quite nice flavors. It's malty with something that can remind me of flowers before it ends in a light grassy and fruity finish. Not any bad tastes at all in this one - though, it's definitely not a flavor bomb. A nice beer for a blind tasting? 11.02.2012
