Black with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus hops, mostly grapefruit, with a touch of malt. Dry and hoppy flavour with a hint of licorice

Draught at Københavnske Øldage 2011. Black,small head. Generous grapefruit/black currant hop aroma. Sweetish with mediu mbody and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Long bitter finish. Hides the alcohol well.

KØ11. Hoppy aroma, a bit like nelson sauvin. Black colour. Sweet flavour, nicely grassy hop flavour. Also nicely roasted. Well-balanced.

Draught@CPH BF 2011. Quite much black colour with a small brown head. Aroma is hops, roasted malts, some toasted notes as well as quite nectary notes. Flavour is being the same along with some slight yeastyness and mild earthyness.

Draught @ Olfestival 2011 Kobenhavn, Carlsberg TAP1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, Copenhagen V, Denmark.Clear dark black colour with a average to large, frothy to creamy, good lacing, fully lasting, beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, moderate to heavy hoppy, citrus, grapefruit, orange - citrus. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, citrus hops, dry, light licorice. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110527]

Copenhagen Beer Festival, 2011. Pours brown with a creamy head on top. Grape, citrus, caramel and pine. Smooth with a dry and bitter end. Very fine . .

Tap. Almost black with small tan head. Flavour is roasted malts, little coffee, little liquorice, chocolate, bitter, hops and fruit.

Sample at CBF 2011. Black with a lasting creamy, beige head. Very hoppy aroma, chocolate, pines and fruits. Medium carbonation, medium body. Taste is very hoppy, with fruits and pines. Medium to heavy bitterness. Very nice beer in a good style.

From tap. Pours dark brown with a thick and tan head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy and solid bitter. Smooth and fruity, dark malty. Lingering dark malty and citrusy hoppy. Smooth citrusy finish.

Draught. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and moderate hoppy aroma. Heavy bitter powerfull nice flavor. Long heavy bitter finish. Creamy palate.
