75cl bottle from somewhere I can’t remember. One of those neglected bottles at the back of the cider shelf. Well tonight is your night Knights, Malvern Gold. Also it’s the only "Award Winning" cider I’ve ever seen that a) doesn’t have a hyphen between award and winning and b) doesn’t state the award it’s won. Which must say a lot about the award it’s won. Perhaps the award for worst cider? Well, first sip rules that out. This is a fairly rich, well-rounded medium sweet. Not of the higher quality I expected from a ’medium reserve’ but when it’s bottled for Aston Manor, home of Frosty Jacks, I guess I shouldn’t expect much. Still, not bad.
