Slightly unclear golden with a foamy head. Sourdough, metal, some stone fruit, grain. Dry metallic bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry metallic grainy bitter finish. Average Pilsner, feels and looks like an unfiltered Pilsner however.

Hornecker Pils, Flasche (50 cl) von Getränke Hörl, Dollnstein. - Hellgelb, blank; üppiger Schaum. - In der Nase ein unangenehmer Duft wie von vollgesch... Windeln; dahinter ist ein wenig grasiger Hopfen zu erschnuppern. - Antrunk schlank mit zu deutlicher säuerlicher Note, hopfenherb ohne feinere Hopfenaromen. Schlank, sehr trocken. Abgang kräftig hopfenherb, Unkraut, etwas Schwefel. - Eigenartiges Zeug: der Geruch ist eine Katastrophe, der Geschmack schon besser, aber edelster Siegelhopfen aus der Hallertau (so das Etikett) schmeckt anders. Immerhin schön trocken und herb, daher bei geschlossener Nase durchaus trinkbar, sogar angenehm. (21.4.2015.)

Helder geel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitter hoppig en sporen van zuur fruit. Uitstekend pilsener.

Bottle from pivnizub, Dekuji, pane. Pale golden color with medium white head. Malt, grassy hops in aroma. Malty taste with grain, grassy hops in finish. OK.

Golden color. Soft grassy aroma with a hint of citrus. Floral grassy hopbitter flavor, lingering on in the longish aftertaste.

Mild süßlicher Getreidegeruch mit feiner Hopfennote. Milder Hopfenantrunk, leicht zitronig-säuerlich. Feinherb werdend, geringfügig grasig. Im Abgang bleibend, etwas herber. Mildes gefälliges Pils. Test vom 23.10.2008, Gebinde: Glasflasche Noten: 8,8,9,9,9,9 - 8,75

Bottle 500ml.Clear medium yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, sweet malt, marzipan. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20110416]

Pours cloudy pale yellow with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, fruits and wheat. Taste is light sweet and light bitter. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is soft.

Bottle @ Ulfborg Easter Tasting, 2011. Pours unclear yellow with a small creamy white head and lacings. Grain and vegetables. A bit rotten. .
