Cask at the Guildford arms. Pours deep amber, nose is honey, floral, toffee, taste is similar, little varnish.

Cask @Healey Hotel, Rochdale. Glowing copper bronze with a creamy head. The honey is light but gives it a lovely smoothness with pale malts complementing this.

Cask at Ealing beer festival 2013, London. An amber/copper coloured pour with a medium white head on top. Honey, malty aroma. Tastes malty, honey, slight caramel, bitter/sweet ending.

Cask @ GBBF 2010, Great British Beer Festival, Earls Court Exhibition Centre, London, England.Clear medium to dark amber color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, nutty - earthy, light honey. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. The way of honey - earthy i do not like .. [20100803]

Cask (GBBF 2010) -Dark brown with red tinges. Roasted aroma with hints of raisins, malt and caramel. Roasted taste with grain, honey, caramel and malt.

Cask@GBBF2010. Deep amber colour with small head. Aroma is fruits, honey, wood, sap and some mild spices. Flavour is honey, nectar, wood and some spices. Mild nuttyness in the finish as well.

(Cask at Bull & Bear, Stockholm, 30 March 2010) Dark brown colour, almost mahogany, with foamy beige head. Fruity, malty nose with notes of dried fruit, raisins and caramel. Malty, fruity taste with dried fruit, toasted grain, caramel, raisins, dark bread and a slightly bittersweet finish. Medium body. Very drinkable.
