On gravity at the Barley Mow, Dings, Bristol 18/09/10. Clear gold with a decent white head. Grapefruit hop aroma with a suggestion of pine. Sweetish, slightly creamy, malt flavour with plenty more grapefruit and decent dry finish. Good to see Cheddar using plenty of hops.

Golden colour with a slight bronze accent. Fruity hop aroma is fresh and inviting. Fruity and slightly herbal (basil, mint). Taste is appetizing - very quaffable and hoppy.

Cask@GBBF2010. Yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is wooden, a bit eggy, vegetably and slightly herbal. Flavour is dough, quite rich citrusy notes as well as some sap.
