Following on from last year’s Digital Aus series, we’ve taken this journey slightly southward to New Zealand - Partnering with not just a brewery for each beer, but also a hop grower! Shining a light on what this incredibly verdant area of the world can produce. For this beer, we’ve partnered with the incredible Mac Hops and Parrotdog Brewery to present some of the very best of the Antipodean coast.
Picture this, a daisy fresh DIPA that takes your tastebuds on a first class flight to Wellington, NZ... A bright aroma swirls around the glass. Overripe Pineapple flesh and shredded Lime zest jump out in abundance. Upon the first sip, freshly muddled Mojitos at the beach-bar unite with the juice of tinned Peaches and pulpy Passionfruit. A tropical vacation for the palette like no other.

440ml can. Murky golden orange, white head. Aroma of passionfruit, grapefruit, peach, pine, dank. Taste of tropical fruits, passionfruit, grapefruit, lime, peaches, fairly strong piney dank resinous bitterness for a hazy. Medium bodied. Great stuff.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild haze on this gold beer, very small pale cream colour head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Smooth pale malts, a light creamy sweetness. Skunky hops, mild but, somehow dominating the taste profile. Soft ripe citrus, a little lime. Soft ripe tropical fruits and a little hop spice on the smooth finish. Another skunk forward affair from Track and I am sure that is fine with many folks, not what I want from Track though, not that this is a bad beer by any stretch.
