Poured from a 16 oz can dated October 18, 2018. Aroma is hop forward with some nice citrus and resin notes. Lighter tropical fruit notes with a bit of a cracker malt backbone. Grapefruit, lemon, like, pine and hints of tropical fruit. Pours a very hazy, dull, straw, dusty color with a medium large, thick, pillowy, white head that recedes slowly to a film that lingers thicker on the edges. High amounts of lacing and no legs. Flavor has a light sweetness with light cracker malt notes. Moderately strong to strong bitterness, but not harsh. Moderate grapefruit, pine and other citrus notes with some lighter tropical fruit notes. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with medium carbonation. Low astringency and low alcohol warmth. Overall, a nice, hop forward pale ale with solid citrus notes and balanced resin and tropical fruit.
