Sampled from 1 l bottle, probably bottled in February 2016. Clear, pale straw yellow, no head. Sourish-fruity, a bit sweetish and slightly dusty aroma of apples, pear and a touch of walnut. Sweetish-sourish, fruity and slightly dusty taste of apples, pear, white wine and some walnut, followed by a short, moderately tart, rather dry finish. Thin to medium body, spritzy and slightly astringent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Not bad!

1 litre thick glass bottle, many thanks to McTapps! Pours clear pale yellow, very light apple juice aroma. Taste is light with subtle sour notes and mild apple flesh. A touch watery but a perfect sunny afternoon quaffer.

Golden in the glass, fruity and tart nose. The cider starts very dry, tart and fruity. Easy to drink and not really watery. Typical Frankfurt cider with no carbonation. Very tart in the end, fruity apples leaving a sour-tart aroma on the tongue.

Litrowa butelka. Cydr dosc metny ciemny prawie pomaranczowego koloru. Taki sobie w odbiorze ten niemiecki cydr jest dla mnie, a wlasciwie wino jablkowe. Aromat i pianki nie ma wcale. Natomiast smak fermentacji dosc mocny. Wytrawny i troche cierpki finisz. Wielka butelka, ale w upalny i duszny dzien jest do wypicia

Cute 1l bottle from a Tegut in Jena. Ochre-tinged slightly hazy golden body. Burnt popcorn nose, sulphur. Light sourish appley taste. Not as bad as the nose. Drying. Sourish aftertaste, bit yoghurt-like. Eh. Not undrinkable, not appealing.

Bottle 100cl.Clear light medium orange yellow color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy apple, sour apple, apple peel, tartapple, light rubber and sulfur. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light acidic with a average to long duration, apple juice, tart apple, damp stain - fusty. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.
