Tap @ Moeder Lambic.

Bottle, courtesy of fonefan. It pours an almost clear body, golden body and a small, white head. White sugar, fruityness and a touch of spices and peppery hops on the nose. A touch of alcohol too. The flavor has a certain sweetness, but the beer is dry and full-bodied. Quite bitter and fruity, some spiced notes, and peppery hops here as well. Lasting bitterness in the end. A nice beer, a bit sugary, but the use of hops is very nice. 110319

Huge fine head, collapsing, yellowish over light chromate to golden beer. Nice fresh hops nose - in a bottle supposed to have passed keeping 2 months ago! Some white candy sugar, lightly milky. Yeast esters, dry, very good attenuation. Little hop flavour, but much less bitterness. Bit of cookies retronasal. Thinner MF no doubt because of the high attenuation/sugar add. Very good carbonation, but nowhere fizzy. Alcohol makes itself present, despite the relatively low ABV. Very nice beer, Bi-Du at its best again. Mille grazie, Davide & Monica!
