33 cl. bottle @ home, gift from Suus. Brown with an off-white head. Caramel aroma with a lot of oak. Also slightly vinigar-like and/or vinous. taste is bittersweet with a sour touch. Mixed with WIP it becomes less boozy and more hoppy but I prefer the two distinct beers over the mix.

Bottle @ cafe derat, tried together with the WAP, small sample. Hazy golden color, medium frothy head. Aroma of grassy hop, flowery, lots of spicy yeast, bit peppery. Very dry in taste, slight sharp bitterness. Much more saisonesque than a white IPA. Not too good actually. The WAP on the other hand is hazy copper in color and has loads of chewy sweetness, slight dry oak wood, caramel, raisin. The big malty sweetness balances a bit with the dry saison, but it never comes above mediocrity. Funexperiment though.
