Bottle, koszi Petra! Rubyish copper pour, thin head. Nose is raw pellet, grass, some toffee notes. Taste is agressive bitterness, raw and “green”, unsophisticated. I love hoppy dark stuff and I get the concept but this one’s just unbalanced and one dimensional.

Backlog July 2011. Reddish/brown to amber body under a small but dense beige head. Aroma has malt, citric fruit, caramel and hint of coffee. Strong and nice in taste, sweet malt, caramel, citric fruit and good bitterness. Medium body with long aftertaste. Nice, tasty and bitter.

Draught @ SKAAL Sønderborg. Pours hazy dark copper brown with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and nuts, with mild touches of yeast and caramel. Bitter, hoppy, roasty and nutty flavour, with notes of yeast and touches of caramel malt. Bitter, roasty and estery aftertastebwith nutty touches. A really good brown ale.

Tap. Pours hazy orange/brown with a medium offwhite head. Aromas of dank hops, sweet malts, citrus, peach, caramel. Taste is bitter, peachy, malty, light roasty, earthy, subtle soapiness, bitter citrus. Pretty nice.

Bottle shared. Pours a clear nut brown color with 2 fingers of foam that linger. Toasted caramel, very malt forward. Light body. Good carbonation. Cocoa powder and lactose. Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen - dark brown pour with beige head. Toasty and roasted malty aroma and taste, medium sweet with some caramel, toffee, great hoppy backing, medium bitter in the finish. Lovely.
