Alto Lindo is a rustic style ale that is light yet flavorful. Tart and dry while soft and citrusy.
Alto Lindo gets the benefits of the tart acidity from the lactic acids and a depth, dryness, and lemony aroma from the brettanomyces that welcome you to take a sip.

From Beer Drop, no dating on the can.
It pours a cloudy amber, small head of foam, retention and lacing are not there.
Smell is sweet and sour fruitiness, some Brett, acidic tartness.
Taste is sour with some lemon, Brett, mild sweet notes, more tartness. Very tasty and easy drinking.
Medium bodied, lively carbonation, I would drink this again.

Can, from Whole Foods, Manhattan. Pours clear golden with a large foamy beige head that deflates fast, faintly citrusy malt aroma, high carbonation like a fizzy drink, tart lemony taste with malt background, thin body, long tart finish. Interesting brew,

A hazed golden ale with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, faint Brett, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with light Brett, light lactic notes, faint buttery notes, pleasant. Bottle at CNY brewfest 2025.
