Cask @ Calans, Hebden Bridge. Golden with a frothy head. Has a well-balanced character with some malts, but its hops are just about dominant. Strong tasting, but its strength is certainly not overbearing. There’s some grain its aftertaste.

Loads of tropical fruit on aroma. Superb dry-hopping. Loads of mangoes, pith, marmalade. Super clean and ace bitterness.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival, Thursday 7th May 2015 Warm gold in colour with a white head. Drinks far easier than it should. Perhaps not quite as punchy hoppy as I was hoping but it is a jolly decent beer. Actually scrub that I am talking bollocks, I am drinking it whilst eating a Chilli Con Carne, now I have finished my Chilli, I have realised that this is actually quite hoppy. Good beer. Cask at Bow Bar. Clear amber body with a medium off-white head. Excellent lacing. Aroma of tangerine and Jaffa Cakes. Flavour of zingy orange sherbet and juicy grapefruit. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft carbonation prickle. Right out of nowhere, an unexpected gem.

Craft Clerkenwell. Cask. Almost clear gold with a small white head. Palate is smooth with a decent amount of csrbonation. Smooth light pale malt, light sweetness. Decent but mellow citric hops. Light marmalade, little.grapefruit, touches of lemon and tropical fruits. Smooth finish. Good condition keeps this one suppable to the bottom of the glass.
