Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 06.04.20. Translucent pale red. A gusher. Pale pink head and lacing. Aroma and taste of brett, cocktail berries and pale malt. The brett smells and tastes a bit like an unintentional infection.

0,3 flaske fra polet i Hønefoss (takk til Einar), hos E&S nov-19: klar rødbrusfarge med ditto skum, som imidlertid varer. Søte kirsebær, moreller og litt mandarin. Samt assosiasjoner til barndommens bruspulver. For mye pupp og for lite humle. Overkarbonert. Nytt forsøk, denne gangen på MobpF (Mandag om bord på Fridtjofen) april-19: den har virkelig ikke blitt noe bedre siden sist, mistenker at den er litt infisert, eller at gikk galt under bryggingen.

Bottle. Rather clear, pink body with a big, creamy pink head. Weak aroma with raspberries and hint of yeast. Flavor is medium sweet, slightly harsh without being really bitter and not much complexity. Medium body and aftertaste feels sweeter, almost sticky.

Red color with a pinkish head. Aroma is sourness, cherries. Flavor is cherries, yeast, sourness. Ordinary beer.m

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet. Red colour, large pinkish off-white head. Some yeast floaties in the glass. Strong aroma of yeast and sour and sweet cherries. Fizzy mouthfeel. The flavour has notes of mostly sour and some sweet cherries, with a sharp and unbalanced bitterness of dead yeast cells and hops. Not very good, won't buy again.
