Tap @ Ostehuset, domkirkeplassen. Murky purple body with a thin pink head. Nice aroma of acidic raspberries with hint of minerals and yogurt. Flavor is refreshing acidic as well, mostly raspberries with minerals and yogurt. Quite acidic and after having a few more sips the freshness becomes more like just very acidic and the raspberries feels like sour candy with raspberry flavor. Best for just a sample, drinking becomes to one-dimensional and close to just dull for me. Not bad, just not very exiting after the fresh first impression.

330 ml can, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 4.4%. Opaque pink colour, moderate to small pale pink head. Aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries and lactic acid. Sour and fruity flavour, plenty of lactic acid and sour raspberries. Minimal hops. Refreshing.

From growler at OSB 20.02.19. Hazy red. Pale pink head and lacing. Excellent aroma of sour cherries, raspberries, blackberries and redcurrants. Similarly refreshing and sour taste, also with lactic acid. Dry and astringent.

Smaksprøve fra fat hos På Kornet feb-19: lett uklar oransjerød med fint skum som varer. Herlig friskhet og god bærsyre. Elegant og meget lettdrikkelig. Skal prøves i ordentlig mengde snarest mulig.
