Bottle, #L006, ten months before bbd. Pours hazy, pale yellow, with a creamy head. Aroma is lactic acid, with wet hay, fruit pits and white berries, as well as some notes of lemon peel. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is lactic acid, with tart fruity notes of stone fruits and musty fruit peel.

Fra flaske på RBHD-samling hos Asle Bjørn, okt-18: uklar lys strågul med ok skum. Sursyrlige toner hele veien med vissen citrus (særlig lime), melkesyre og en ufrisk bitterhet i avslutningen.

Nice fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head, hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish mineraly, old hay, soda powder, minerals, old leafs, paper, fruit salt, old lawn, citrus acid, wash cloth. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, soda powder, sorrel, minerals, fruit salt, grass, light malts, paper, fruit stones, unripe berries. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish mineraly mouthfeel. Nice enough.
