500 ml bottle, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 8%. Cloudy red colour, some floaties, moderate to small pinkish-white head. Strong aroma of ripe and over-ripe raspberries. The flavour is fruity and moderately acidic, with plenty of raspberries, not very sweet. Fairly refreshing. The alcohol is well hidden.

Fra flaske på Mi2 Cardinal nov-16: lett uklar rødlig med fint skum som varer. Bringebær, bringebær og bringebær i aroma og smak. Lettdrikkelig, men den blir alt for endimensjonal - mye bær, for lite øl. Vandig avslutning.

At Bergen Ölfestival 2016. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy reddish with a small head. Aroma and taste of raspberries, light herbs, some minerals and light malt. The body was on the light side and the finish rather dry. An ok one.

Small slightly fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, nice reddish color. Aroma is fresh fruity, sour raspberries, minerals, grass, fruit stones, raspberry candy, weeds. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry fruity, weeds, sour raspberries, minerals, paper, fruit stones, bark, berry skin, hay. Medium bitterness, slightly dry and harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough.
