Fra flaske på M2 Cardinal mai-15: uklar gylden farge med højt skum. Snev av røyk i aromaen. Lite som minner om en hefeweizen, bortsett fra litt krydder. :( hos de fleste rundt bordet - man spør seg om de har hatt for dårlig gjæringskontroll.

Shared bottle at Mi2, Cardinal. Pours cloudy golden with big white head. Aroma of sulphur, spices. Taste sour fruitiness, medicine. Sweet-sour aftertaste. Well carbonated.

500 ml bottle, batch 1510181, Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. ABV is 5.2%. Golden colour, nearly clear (some sediment in the bottle though), huge white head. The aroma has strong notes of cloves, also notes of over-ripe bananas and decaying fruits. The flavour is medium dry with notes of citrus, also some banana and cloves. Nice enough to drink.
