2024 was a year of great temperature changes in our cellar, helping to concentrate the aromatic compounds and giving unique characteristics especially to the wine, Port and Rum Caroni casks. These are the barrels we mainly used to create Mansueto 2024. The intense amber colour is accompanied by rich aromas of ripe fruit such as figs and plums, with touches of honey and sweet spices. On the palate, we find layers of caramel and vanilla, enriched by notes of oak, cocoa and a slight roastiness. The finish is long, harmonious, with the ever-present final spicy touch that warms and stands out even more than in other vintages, making this vintage unique for its structure, balance and power.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 15/02/2025.
Extremely dark mahogany brown, approaching black topped with a light tan cap that clears to spotting.
Nose is stewed fruits, vinous, fuggy jam, spice, dark malts, molasses, dates, mellow background barrel exhaust.
Taste comprises figs, dates, plums, spice, booze tunes, port barrel coming in strong, vinous, toffee, toasted brown sugars.
Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost.
Top drawer BA BW with an abundance of charecter.

Near opaque dark brown - amber beer, small and very short lived bubbly pale tan head. Smooth unsweet toffee malts, a mild creamy sweetness. Rich barrell aged ripe fruity goodness, tastes like Madeira and Port Barrells from the 19th century (I speak from experience). Tawny Port savoury goodness with a mild vanilla oak sweetness. Finishes airy and mildly alcohol spicy. Superb barleywine, great malt depth and maturity of flavours and wonderful barrelling. A great intersection of great tawny port, Madeira and rich barleywine beer goodness. Stonking,
