On tap at The Bull on Bell Street, Henley on Thames, Oxon Friday 25th April 2014 Pours amber, good clarity with filmy white head. My first thoughts are mmhh... a bit boring, ok it is a traditional bitter but it still does gery little to stand out from the pack. Caramel with an indistinct fruitibess and a frumpy bitterness a bit of marzipan on nose, I don’t know it’s just not my thing. A5 A4 T5 P3 Ov11 2.7

Cask at The Bull, Bell Street, Henley. Golden amber with a scummy looking, thin off-white head that leaves lots of lacing on the glass; biscuity aroma; sweet in the mouth with some purple fruit flavours and a smooth grainy body; the finish is biscuity with a residual sweetness.
