Bottle picked up from brewery, Aldersbach consumed at home Sunday 4th June 2023 June 2023, it's stunning weather today and we had a lovely day yesterday with Christian, Josef and Valerie after an afternoon at the new house, Manghlam 17, Innernzell. We're cooking One-Pan Baked Chicken and Tomato Biryani and listening to Lanterns on the Lake - Versions of You. Pours hazy amber with a mid sized sticky off white head. Nice softness, a little chewy as with most session IPAs this sits in an awkward category being neither one thing or another, but it's fine, tasty though and with a few IPA tendencies.

Recht kräftig gefärbt. Gute Schaumentwicklung, zudem recht cremig und stabil. Sehr fruchtiger Geruch. Auch im Geschmack extrem frisch, fruchtig. Mandarine, Melone, Orange, Grapefruit, Mango - alles blitzt glasklar bei jedem Schluck auf. Auch eine schöne Getreidenote ist erkennbar. Bitter und florale Nuancen kommen mit der starken Hopfung immer mit, sind aber noch in einem angenehmen Rahmen. Recht lebendige Kohlensäure. Insgesamt recht süffig, aber trotzdem geschmacksintensiv. Also ein gelungenes Session IPA.
