@Ulfborg Scooper. Nearly black, small beige head. Aroma has dark malt, notes of berries and some kind of solvent. Sweet flavour, berries, getting drier with sourish note. Must be the bUrbon...

Deep brown to black, opaque, tan little head. The aroma is wild yeast, dark malts, caramel, minimal vinegar, conserved cucumber. Medium body. Wild sour yeast on taste. Salted cucumber water. Caramel & molasses in the background. Low bitterness. Totally out of any style. Very innovative. I have to get used to drink that.

Bottle shared. Dark brown with a ring tan head. Aroma of bourbon, vanilla, toffee and caramel. Light and overwhelmed by the barrel aging. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and light bitter. Medium bodied with a thin texture and soft carbonation. [12/08/2016]

330ml bottle @ ISKTR. Pours pitch black with a tiny head. Aroma of roasty malts, licorice, booze, oak and toffee. Taste is heavy, boozy, berries and slightly earthy with hints of licorice and syrup. Finish is stuffy, earthy and sweet with some berries and booze. Not very good.

33 cl bottle @ ISKTR ’16. BBE 07.01.2016
Aroma has oaty tones and some soy sauce. Flavour has strong berry juice, red wine and some balsamico typical to flamish red ales. Quite far from IS and not my thing.
