Lightly unfiltered golden colour with a frothy slight off-white head, decent retention and some tiny creamy streaks of lacing. Sweet, fruity nose with wheat-banana notes and hints of pepper. The taste has a mild wheat base with the peppery hops that dry up the finish and some grassiness is left on the tongue. Not your typical Belgian sugar Tripel, but a nice winter warmer style one. Pretty good!
