This is a special coffee milk stout, brewed with coffee beans to create a stout of sweet lactosey smoothness with coffee overtones and a kick of bitterness.

Bottle from Beer 52. Coffee grounds and dark chocolate compete from the attention of the nose in the aroma – it’s pot luck as to which wins out ! Pours a very dark brown with a small beige head. Coffee and chocolate again in the mouth, but this time there’s also some berry fruits and a milky texture. Finish is fairly sweet and fruity, but coffee and chocolate are still there as well. This is a very pleasant beer that is worth savouring
