A crisp refreshing blonde ale. Rounded pale malt flavours in the mouth are balanced by a subtle bitterness which leads to a dry finish with a delicate floral hop aroma.

Peoples History Museum Beer Festival 2016. Hazy light golden-amber in colour. Has a pleasant easy-drinking texture with an underlying fruitiness try that is better stated in its nose. Hoppy and crisp.

Cask gravity at GBBF 2010. I’m going to persist with Picitsh until I like them. Pale gold beer. Lasting cream head. Some yeast on aroma. Some odd hop on this, herby and slightly sweet. Well made, but just a touch sweet maybe.

Cask at GBBF 2010. A golden coloured pour with a smallish white head. Fruity, floral hoppy aroma. Tastes hoppy, citrus fruit, bitter. Refreshing enough but Pictish produce better beers than this.

Cask at Merton Beer Festival July 7th, 8th 2006. Poured golden and like Glenn say’s it was very lively with a large white frothy head. Nice aroma of hops led to a wonderfully citrusy refreshing slightly dry beer. This is another brewery who seem to make some super beers and whilst I prefer their Alchemist this was certainly another super beer.
