ABV: 4.0% IBU: - Ticks: 28
This cask conditioned ale follows in the modern tradition of blonde, strongly hopped beers. It’s a classic blonde beer, which is clean and crisp. The nose is loaded with a floral hop aroma, while the pale malt flavour is overtaken by a pleasing dry and bitter finish.

Gravity dispense at the Happy Man Autumn BF, Englefield Green, 11/10/13. Lightly hazed golden orange with no head. Nose is orange squash, grass, light hop notes. Taste comprises orane pith, light grapefruit, moderate hop presence. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, grassy bitterness in the finish. Ok GB.

Citrus aroma. Some light malts come through. The hop flavour does feel a bit stale but leaves a nice bitter finish.

Bottle, thanks to Guy. Golden pour with a small white head. Some citrus notes in the nose and flavour ,alongside some fairly unremarkable hoppage. Lacked any real balls and pretty forgettable stuff overall.

Bottle. Orange with a small white head. Appears almost still. Aroma of oranges, flowers, light biscuit. Taste has some biscuity malt and is really quite sweet before oranges and lemons. Crisp finish.

Pours clear pale amber with a small, quickly fading head.Nose shows big toffee, butterscotch and caramel notes as well as some earthy, resinous hops.Similar flavours, more toffee along with some bready malt and those earthy, spicy hops. Finishes a bit weakly.Body seems watery, could do with more carbonation.

Cask, gravity at Banbury Beer Festival 05.05.11 I was directed to this by Glen and I have to say it was a very pleasant start on the beer front. It lacked the crispness and bitterness that I would have like and that the description suggested, and yet it was hoppy with a good bittersweetness (more sweetness) quite soft in the mouth. Very decent tasty beer. Pours golden, touch floral on the nose, safe & steady but good. A6 A4 T7 P4 Ov14 3.5
