Cask at the Rose & Crown, Sandhurst. Amber with a loose white head; fresh, peppery hop raoma; sweet, with a strange stewed vegetable taste; then a biscuity finish with a touch of spice. Slightly odd.

Cask at The Turf Tavern, Oxford in the company of Glen 09-11-08. Pours dark gold in colour, maybe mid amber difficult to be exact in the poor light of the Turf. Really lovely fruitiness, nice and tangy, nice citrussy bite to this beer, very decent indeed.

A golden coloured ale, with a light hoppy nose, and a fresh clean palate with a malty finish.

Cask handpull at County Hotel, JDW, Ashford. Not convinced this was exactly how it is supposed to be. Copper colour with thin lasting beige head and good lacing. Tangerine citrus throughout, touch of caramel. Finish is quite short with more citrus. Re-rate, next day at Folkestone Wetherspoons. Red berry aroma, quite full in mouth good syrupy fruitiness in mouth. Dry finish. Better than day before
