Tried at the Victoria Lincoln in 2013. Amber colour with small white head. Aroma and taste have a touch of malt, caramel, nuts with a nice bitter sweet finish.

Pigs Ear. Clear brown beer. No real head. Lihgt dry palate. Sweet malt, sweet bubblegum and a hint of spice. Sweet malt finish. A bit messy.

Cask (handpump) @ 27th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2010, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, EnglandClear medium amber color with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - roasted, caramel, nutty. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. Cask gravity at Pigs Ear 2010. Amber no head and no condition. Some Bateman appley yeast. Ok if a bit of green apple.
